Of course the risk in doing so is to confirm everyone’s suspicions that I am nuts. I have a waterfront place in BC that is on the market. If/when it sells that slice of heaven is what I am trading to rebuild Nonchalant.

Maybe a little nuts….but Nonchalant is a work of art, and when complete will be priceless and repay you in spades.
